While the name Crest Pointe Assisted Living is new, we were formerly properties of Mrs. Scott’s Retirement Homes. Our Administrator, Alicia Keene, worked with Mrs. Scott’s for over 4 years. We have continued to build on their well-deserved great reputation in the community, while also upgrading, updating and enhancing the homes.

Our small staff to resident ratio allows us to provide very personal and personalized care. We have one staff person for every three residents during the day, not including our administrator (who has her office on site). Most large retirement facilities have one staff member per 10 to 16 residents.

Our residential care homes are large, beautiful homes in a quiet, luxurious neighborhood located in Clovis, California. The homes have been updated to meet the needs of our residents, including bathroom facilities to allow for safety and care while bathing or for personal needs.

Each resident has a private room with the option for a mini-suite or master-suite. The rooms can be personalized with the resident’s own furniture and decor or we can provide furnishings.

We specialize in personalized care for our residents. While we have an extensive list of services and amenities, we spend a great deal of time when a new resident joins us to learn what they like. If a resident loves to take walks, we’ll take walks with them. If they prefer games, TV, or books, we’ll give them the time and space to indulge.

We also have an area for private family gatherings for occasions such as birthdays, which we love to see celebrated.

We’re constantly monitoring, assessing and evaluating our residents needs with hourly (or more) checks on everyone.

Every meal is home cooked, with plenty of snacks (our residents love sweet treats!).
